They're Here!
Emily's cesarean started at 8:33 am Hawaii time, and the girls were taken to the NICU 16 min. later:
Baby A- 3.5 pds. 16 1/2 inches long
Baby B- 1.13 pds. 13 3/4 inches long
As the delivery started, each baby had a team of doctors waiting for her--a neonatologist, a pediatrician, a respitory doctor, and 2 nurses.
Baby B's lungs are more developed than Baby A's.
Emily is asleep and Travis is a bit dazed. :)
I will post more info. as it comes in...
