WE ARE SHOCKED!!!! Their daddy was convinced they were two boys and I secretly thought they were one of each. But we were both wrong and I doubt that will be the last time!
Along with the shock, we are really excited! They are BEAUTIFUL!!! We had an hour long ultrasound that at times was 4D. We saw just about every angle of our two little girls that we could have possibly seen. And they are both really healthy. We saw hearts, hands, heads, toes, and well...girl parts.
Baby A (who we call Lenni as in lentil bean) was not shy at all, and right away it was obvious that she was a girl. Baby B (who we call Ninja because she was the one hiding from us in the beginning) on the other hand was very shy. She was taking a nap with her feet in her crotch area. It took some time and serious poking and prodding for her to wake up. She actually woke up pretty good when her sister kicked her right in the butt!!!! We then saw her yawn- really big! It was adorable! Once she woke up she wasn't so shy and it was obvious that we had another pink one!
TWO GIRLS!!! We need to get ready for ponytails, pink and purple, princess things, nail polish, dresses, and more. But we are also going to add some dirt, some toughness, and some sports (like golf).
What I do know for SURE is that we better get ready for some serious LOVE, JOY, and FUN! I can't wait!

Congrats!!! Girls are so much fun, and just because they are girls doesn't always mean pink. One of my girls loves pink and the other one would not wear it for a million dollars. Either way it will be a BLAST!!!!!

Congratulations!! Two girls! That is so exciting. And they are healthy and active (when awake). I love knowing they are ok in there. Yeah!!! Plus picking girls names is more fun than boy names, at least there are more options.
