So it seems like my whole life my mom has been taking otherwise useless (thank heavens) cloth diapers and sewing on ribbon to make the cutest burp cloths! I have seen many a lucky mom be the grateful recipient of these cute things that are going to wipe up their litle ones nastiness. Well now it's my turn and I couldn't be more thrilled.
To the average mom this would obviously be no big deal. However, when you are a mom who has waited for this time in your life for what felt like forever AND you are soon facing double the amount of regular spit up to clean up- it is exciting! And aren't they adorable?! My sister agreed and had to take these pics and send them to me.
Now I can't wait for the flannel crocheted edged blankets that I have seen even more of during my 28 years! Thank heavens for a mother who's got talent! Now our girls could be adorably butt naked and still look stylish with their burp cloths and blankies!

i don't think the ticker is weird. maybe because i've seen it before and don't think much about the floating babies. i usually just look at the days they have left.
i love those burp cloths. i love baby stuff that are made by hand. i wish i was talented enough to do those types of things. very exciting! we will be down there this week. we want to get together with you guys since we heard that you can't make it to the bbq at amber's house. we'll call you up!
Absolutely fabulous burp rags and I saved both of my blankets from your MOM. They are wonderful. Glad to hear you are doing well. If you don't post for awhile I get all worried about you! Glad you are hanging in there.
