I have been meaning to start a blog of Travis and I's oh so exciting, jet setting lives forever now! Ever since my very forward thinking best friend Jenn started her hilarious blog forever ago, I have wanted to join the special club of bloggers but haven't done it until now.
The top 3 things that were holding me back were:
So now that I just probably made a GREAT pitch for all of you to check this blog religiously, I hope you will because this really is our attempt at keeping in touch with many of you that we wish we got to see ALOT more!
I did have a 4th reason which was I am a TERRIBLE speller- but once I saw there was spell check on this thing that reason was scratched off the list and the blog was a go. Since I am at my mom's house in Houston from the 10th-30th and just anxiously awaiting Travis's arrival on Christmas Eve, I have had plenty of time to do what I have been meaning to do for a while. Our Christmas cards and this were two things on that list so I am feeling pretty pleased with myself!
Travis and I want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and you can wish us luck on keeping up with this blog!

- I am a technological idiot. I don't even have the first clue on how to download my own music! Seriously my version of downloading music is writing out a list and giving it to Travis with an "I love you!" and a smile.
- I am still not sure I am going to have enough to write about. I LOVE our life and think it is fantastic! But I am not sure all of you will be as entertained as we are with the details of watching our Tivo all night.
- I am just not very witty. I personally crack myself up- ALOT. But everyone else (especially my husband) doesn't always think my jokes are as funny as I do. He does crack up at me cracking up though!

OK, this is the best news I've gotten all week long...I am so excited. Please don't mind me if I check it every ten minutes for updates...Is that overkill (ie...friend stalker?) And PS, I am so OFFENDED that my blog is not on your friend's list. I'll just assume that you tried to enter our blog's name ten different times, and for some reason it wouldn't take:)

We had two great surprises today. We got your christmas card and we found out we can keep in better touch with you through blogging. we are so excited! hope you both have a merry christmas!!
